My wife went into the store looking for oil and the younger gentleman that was assisting her is not the point of this review. However the older unhelpful and rude jerk that couldnt be bothered to get off his lazy butt to assist anyone proceeded to brow beat my wife over types of oil and insult my mechanic all the while not knowing anything about my vehicle and reason for the type of oil she was searching for and even said that she doesnt know what she wants tell her to go someplace else. She said excuse me and he just said have a good day lady. She called him rude and told the younger guy that she wouldnt come back to that store and would take her business to O'Reilly across the street. Im stunned that you would let such a person be the face of your store and then on top of it give incorrect advice like he is a mechanic. Seems like he is a rude sexist pig with some power in the store. I went there all the time until now. Feedback: Employ people with people skills and some customer service values. You wouldnt be so big without the consumer coming to your store and purchasing your products.
